Available statuses include <strong>In Stock<\/strong>, <strong>Out of Stock<\/strong>, <strong>On Backorder<\/strong>, <strong>Featured<\/strong>, and <strong>On Sale<\/strong>, making it easier for customers to narrow down your product catalogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding the Product Status Filter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add the filter to your store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Appearance \u2192 Widgets<\/strong> in your WordPress dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the widget area where you would like the filter to appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the <strong>Filter by Status<\/strong> block, identifiable by its <em>star in a box<\/em> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the block to your chosen widget area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once added, the <strong>Filter by Status<\/strong> block lets you choose which product statuses should be available to your visitors. The <strong>List<\/strong> option displays them vertically, while <strong>Inline<\/strong> arranges them horizontally and allows them to wrap onto additional rows when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Statuses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select which product statuses visitors should be able to filter by. You can also rearrange their order to prioritise the options that are most relevant to your store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matching Logic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Matching Logic<\/strong> setting controls how multiple selected statuses are combined when filtering products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Any<\/strong> \u2013 A product only needs to match one of the selected statuses. For example, selecting <strong>In Stock<\/strong>, <strong>On Sale<\/strong>, and <strong>Featured<\/strong> will display products matching any of those conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All<\/strong> \u2013 Selected statuses are combined more strictly. Stock-related statuses are grouped together using <strong>OR<\/strong> logic, while <strong>On Sale<\/strong> and <strong>Featured<\/strong> are combined with that group using <strong>AND<\/strong> logic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, selecting all available statuses with the <strong>All<\/strong> logic results in the following relationship: <strong>(In Stock OR Out of Stock OR On Backorder) AND On Sale AND Featured<\/strong>. This allows customers to filter for products that satisfy the selected promotional statuses while still matching any applicable stock state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show Checkboxes<\/strong> adds a checkbox next to each status, providing a clear visual indication of the currently selected filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show Counters<\/strong> displays the number of matching products next to each available status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show Reset Button<\/strong> adds a reset control beneath the filter, allowing visitors to quickly clear their selections and return to the unfiltered product listing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Product Status Filter in Blocksy Pro gives your visitors a simple way to filter products according to their current status.
