Blocksy Pro licences include a specific number of production website activations depending on your plan. Development and staging environments that match one of the supported domain patterns below can be activated without consuming one of those licence seats.
This guide also explains how licence activations work on WordPress Multisite installations, where each production sub-site is treated as a separate website.
Development and Staging Domains
The Personal plan supports one production website, while the Business plan supports up to 10. Development and staging websites that use one of the recognised domain formats below do not count towards these activation limits.

Recommended activation order
Activate your Blocksy Pro licence on the production website first, then activate it on the staging or development environment. This helps prevent synchronisation issues between the two installations.
Using Blocksy Pro with WordPress Multisite
Blocksy Pro is compatible with WordPress Multisite. However, licence usage is calculated per production sub-site rather than per Multisite network.
One production sub-site uses one licence seat
Each sub-site where Blocksy Pro is activated counts as a separate production website. For example, if five sub-sites in your network use Blocksy Pro, you will need a Business or Agency licence.
Network-Level Activation
If Blocksy Companion Pro is activated at the network level, the licence activation screen lets the network administrator enter the licence key and select which sub-sites should use Blocksy Pro.
This approach is useful when a single network administrator manages the Blocksy Pro licence across the entire Multisite installation.
Delegating Activation to Sub-Site Administrators
If individual administrators manage different sub-sites, you can also allow them to activate Blocksy Pro for the sites they are responsible for.
Network activation only
These Multisite-specific activation screens are available when Blocksy Companion Pro is activated at the network level. If Blocksy and Blocksy Companion Pro are activated only on an individual sub-site, that website will use the standard Blocksy Pro licence activation screen instead.
