Blocksy provides a powerful way to filter products by their rating, gathered from customer reviews. This makes it easy for your visitors to quickly find the best products and navigate through long product lists efficiently.
The setup is straightforward: the “Filter by Rating” block widget is automatically available once the Filters module from the Shop Extra extension is activated.
Activating the Module
To enable the module:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on Blocksy in the left-hand menu.
- Open the Extensions tab.
- Locate the Shop Extra extension.
- Turn on the Filters module.
Once activated, the Filter by Rating Gutenberg block will automatically appear in your block library, ready to use.
Granular Controls
Match Rating Exactly
Choose between exact matching and fuzzy matching for the filter.
- On: Selecting a rating shows only products with that exact rating.
- Off: Selecting a rating displays products with that rating or higher.
Show Tooltip
Enable a small tooltip that informs visitors what the rating filter does, improving usability.
Show Reset Button
Displays a Reset button that allows users to quickly reset the rating filter to its default state.
